Hello everyone! Welcome to our healthy community. 1 in 5 women face fertility issues every month. There are several factors that can be a cause of infertility problems. This program is based on the issues you deal with mainly fertility issues, irregular periods, hormone imbalances, obesity, stressful life and looking for overall wellness exclusively for women. It includes YOGA(asanas, cleansing breath techniques, relaxation techniques with positive affirmations) and DIET (easy nutritious Homebased food that you love eating with mindfulness) with followup & simple naturopathy therapies which you can practice at your home.
1. Asana including hormone balancing, pregnancy preparation,
PCOS, Uternine fibroids, Endometriosis and pelvic strengthening for pregnancy.
2. Pranayama – breath healing

20 sessions- all 5 days except Sat & Sunday
12 sessions- Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Morning : 6.00 am – 7.00 am
Evening : 6.00 pm – 7.00 pm
